Welcome to the first week of Super Rugby Australia! We're in for a good competition and we're starting it off with the Queensland Reds versus the NSW Waratahs. The NSW Waratahs are fielding an inexperienced team this time around which means that they will need to prove themselves well in order to take down the reds suite. This will be an important game as it will set the tone for the rest of the season for both teams. The Reds have the hometown advantage but will that help them today? Only time will tell!

My name is Wade Solomon and this is Ultimate Rugby!

Off season recruits Sam Caird and Jack Whetton form a brand-new locking combination, while Tom Horton gets the start at hooker joining Wallabies Angus Bell and Harry Johnson-Holmes in the front-row.
