If Ireland win this game , they win the series. If I was them I would put everything into this match win it , and then they win the series. That way on the last match , they can start all the players that don't usually start.

Malice or intention have nothing to do with it, same as with accidental tip tackles. Fact of the matter is, he jumped straight into the player in a very dangerous manner. A yellow would have sufficed IMO, but the ref has the discretion to choose red.

Hopefully common sense will prevail and it will be seen for what it was, simple an unfortunate collision with no malice or intention. both players playing hard.
