The Boks turn the ball over on the halfway. le Roux puts in a good kick for the corner to set up a New Zealand lineout inside their own 22. They take the lineout quickly and kick up field. The Boks respond with their own kick which Dagg collects and passes to Savea. Savea attempts to pass the ball in contact but the ball goes to ground. Etzebeth kicks the ball up field and Conrad Smith just manages to outstrip de Villiers to dot the ball down.
Barrett gets things underway. Matfield collects the ball and forms a maul which is collapsed. Penalty awarded to the Springboks. Pollards kick hasn't found touch. New Zealand are on the counter.
The second half is about to kickoff.
New Zealand have struggled to get decent possession inside the Springboks half. They will need to ensure they create more opportunities inside the Boks half. The Springboks have played a fantastic brand of running rugby in the first 40. They have been able to secure the ball from their own set piece which has proven vital, while New Zealand has also secured their own ball, it has mainly been disrupted and messy, which hasn't allowed for their normal fluid attack.
