Try | 73'
A solid carry from Alberts sets up the ruck inside the Scottish 22.Du Preez goes blind side and swings the pass to Habana at pace who scores in the corner
2nd movement. so clear this isn't nigels best game. so sad
I agree completely
You're having a laugh with the "2nd movement" right?
Get to know the rules before you decide to comment
i am a rugby trainer and player. i know the rules
Ian then id be very glad for you to not train or play with me..
okay then lets go to the rule. the first grounding of the ball is before the line and after a second grounding it comes behind the line. that is also 2nd movement i agree it was one move but the first and second grounding is the basis for my claim. l would like to hear what your arguments are
I'm not trying to make an argument...You're allowed to reach out for line as long as you don't use your legs when you're being held in the tackle...but maybe Myself, Nigel Owens, the linesman, the TMO, the Scottish players, all the experts on TV are wrong...I'm sorry Ian of course you're right
As a referee Ian there is nothing what Habana did that was illegal. First of they are 'laws' not rules, there is a difference, secondly a tackled player has one options once he's on the ground. Whether that be pop it up to a support player, place the ball for a ruck, or in this case attempt to place the ball at the goal line. (Coming from an Aussie)
So ian you're saying if i get tackled before the line and momentum bounces me over its no try
This scotsman says that was (sadly) a bloody good try.
