With only a narrow scoreline of 6-3 at half time, thanks to attempts at goal from Biggar and Plisson, this game came to life in the second half! Wales looked set to take charge, adding 10 points to their lead thanks to Biggar's kicking and a great counter attacking try scored by George North. France looked set to stage a come back, spending a prolonged amount of time camped on the Welsh line. However, the Welsh defense remained strong to deny the French any possibility of a try until the dying minutes of the fixture when the victory was already secured, with a full time score of 19-10.
