Betham to join Tigers

It has been announced that Waratahs and Wallabies winger Peter Betham will be joining Leicester Tigers next season.

Betham who can also operate as a fullback will join the Tigers for the start of next season after this years Super Rugby season with the Waratahs. Betham who has two caps for the Wallabies will be an important addition to the Tigers squad with Matthew Tait and Blain Scully leaving Welford Road at the end of the season.

Betham who also enjoyed spells at the Brumbies and the Melbourne Rebels is excited about his move to Premiership for the start of next season."I'm looking forward to joining Leicester Tigers at the end of my commitments in Australia.
