Callum Sheedy signs two-year contract extension

Highly rated fly half Callum Sheedy has committed his future to Bristol Rugby until 2020.

Sheedy has made twenty first-team appearances for Bristol, including a memorable 22-point haul in the 2016 Championship play-off final.

“We’re working hard to build a squad of young players that can compete in the top flight of English rugby,” said Head Coach Pat Lam

“Callum is a player who the coaching team are excited about. He’s a competitor, very coachable and extremely respected in our environment. We have no doubt that these qualities will help him achieve his and the team’s goals.”

The 22-year-old – who came through the club’s Academy system – becomes the next graduate to put pen to paper following deals for Sam Jeffries and Andy Uren.
