Deysel re-lives his try against the All Blacks
Namibia centre Johan Deysel re-lived his special solo try after the side’s loss to New Zealand in London.

Deysel’s score in the second half got the biggest roar of the night from the crowd at the Olympic Stadium, as Namibia hung in there.

“It just happened; everything went right. The player went to the side, we changed direction quickly and I scored a try,” said Deysel.

"It meant a lot to see that we were able to score against the No 1 team in the world. It gave us confidence and it’ll help us in the games that we still have to play.”

“At first I couldn’t see the line, I had to turn and see the line and I just went for it. When I put down the ball I knew it was a try.”

“I think I got between the prop and the lock, I got between them and when I was actually through and got, I think it was 13 (Malakai Fekitoa). I think he overran me a bit and happened to spin me around. At that stage I didn’t hear anything (from the crowd). But the other time when we kicked for touch and went for the try we could hear the crowd supporting us.”
