Neil Doak admits his Ulster Rugby side must become more psychologically hardened if they are to challenge for GUINNESS PRO12 honours next season after narrowly missing out on a home final this time around.
Doak's side came within four minutes of booking a spot in the Kingspan showpiece on Saturday, before Finn Russell converted DTH van der Merwe's late score to see Glasgow Warriors home 16-14.
