Former Junior Springbok Ernst Stapelberg joins Cheetahs
The Free State Cheetahs have bolstered their squad with the signing of former Junior Springbok Ernst Stapelberg.
The 22-year-old will look to add cover to first choice pivots, Niel Marais and Fred Zeilinga, who have been side-lined for several months.
Stapelberg could be donning the colours of the Cheetahs as soon as Saturday when the defending champions host the seventh placed Golden Lions at the Toyota Stadium.
