Francois Louw is hoping for better fortune at Twickenham
Francois Louw is hoping for better fortune at Twickenham when he returns with the Springboks to face Wales this Saturday in the Rugby World Cup quarter-final.
Louw’s last run-out at the famous ground was in this year’s Premiership final, which his side Bath were defeated by Saracens.
“Obviously it wasn’t a great day for Bath, we finished the match strong but to be honest that is irrelevant now, the focus is on the Springboks and RWC 2015,” Louw said.
"It’s a different occasion, a different team and I don’t think it will have that much of an effect on me in terms of my motivation.
“It’s a fantastic place to play; it’s the heart of English rugby. It’s an electric place, it will be exciting, it will be tough and the occasion will add more hype to it.
"Wales are a tough side and we look forward to seeing them at Twickenham.”
