Friday Night's Star Performers
Rhys Priestland - Bath
The Welsh out-half put on a place kicking clinic tonight, scoring all of his side's 18 points in their crucial narrow margin victory over Scarlets. He displayed an excellent array of intelligent kicking out of hand; hoisting some beautifully weighted up-and-unders and probing perfectly judged grubber kicks in behind the opposition defence. He caused Scarlets a lot of problems when running with ball in hand, showing great awareness and accurate passing to set teammates into key attacking spaces. Thoroughly deserved the man of the match award and really put his hand up for national team selection.

Sam Underhill - Bath
Underhill continued his remarkable defensive effort this season, in Bath's victory against Scarlets. The flanker was a key figure around the field for the visitors, making huge hits at crucial times in the fixture, such as his tackle in the final play to force the ball into touch. At the breakdown, Underhill was a thorn in Scarlets' side, disrupting their ball at every opportunity and earning 2 turnovers in the process. At only 21 years of age, a bright future awaits the future England international.

Matthew Morgan
Morgan looked threatening throughout the game with several good counter attacks from poor Toulouse kicks. The welsh international stepped in at first receiver and looked to get his forwards involved in the game. He also dominated the aerial battle as he won several high ball contests. He was given the MOTM award for his exploits tonight, whuch is even more impressive given that the award is usually given to a player from the home team in France.
