Frost and Stevens sign for Cornish Pirates

Cornish Pirates have confirmed that the latest two talented players to sign new contracts for the club are hooker Dan Frost and back-rower John Stevens.


 

 

Dan, who first signed for the Cornish Pirates at the end of last season after having impressed during two loan spells from Taunton, has signed for a further year. Now aged 21, the former England under 18s, North Petherton and Bath Academy player has to date made 26 appearances for the Pirates.

As for Cornishman John, aged 24, the product of Penzance & Newlyn RFC’s youth section has signed a new two-year contract.  He first put pen to paper for the Cornish Pirates in 2013, initially gaining important experience playing also for Redruth. This certainly aided his development, leading to him really making his mark as a regular for the Pirates from last season. His games tally for the club is presently 62.
