George Davis joins Ealing Trailfinders from Loughborough

Ealing Trailfinders can today announce the signing of prop George Davis for the 2018/19 season.

The tight-head joins from Loughborough where he has featured in their BUCS team whilst studying a degree in Fine Art.

Davis was voted as their Supporters Player of the Year after a string of impressive displays in the front-row which have caught the attention of the Ealing Trailfinders coaches.

“Whilst adding further depth to our front-row, George has shown plenty of potential during his time at Loughborough which we are excited about," commented Director of Rugby Ben Ward.

"We have a fantastic record of bringing young players through to the first team in recent years and I’m sure George will be the same.”

The 22-year-old will be working with the likes of Mark Tampin, Elliot Millar Mills and Ben Betts in pursuit of the number three shirt.

He has also represented England Students as well as featuring for Wasps in the A League giving him plenty of experience ahead of his move to Vallis Way.
