Richard Hibbard has been dropped by Wales.
The Gloucester hooker has been left out of the starting XV for the Six Nations game against France in Paris on Saturday (5pm).
He was one of four changes to the side that won 26-23 against Scotland at Murrayfield nine days ago.
George North, Samson Lee, Luke Charteris and Scott Baldwin all come into the starting XV.
Charteris and hooker Baldwin are promoted from the bench while North and Lee return to the side after missing the second Six Nations encounter.
