Goode, Wilson make successful returns from injury

The battle for the Premiership Rugby Cup will be between Sale Sharks and Harlequins as the Sharks picked up a 28-7 win over Saracens on Friday.

Saracens were boosted by the return of Alex Goode who slotted into flyhalf with the current European Player of the Year returning from a long injury lay-off that saw him sidelined for four months.

On the other side of the pitch Mark Wilson made his Sale Sharks debut after recovering from his injury he picked up in the Rugby World Cup Final.

Both players came through the game without any concerns of their fitness which bodes well for Wilson who could find himself in the England squad as soon as next week.
