Highlights: Kubota Spears vs Verblitz

Verblitz edged the Spears 50-40 in a thrilling round 6 Japanese Top League encounter. Verblitz dominated much of the first half, crossing for six tries to three to take a 40-21 lead into the break. Three second half tries by the Spears turned the game on it's head with the score deadlocked at 40-40 heading into the final 15 minutes. However, Verblitz finished the stronger of the sides, with a try followed by a penalty giving them a ten point victory.
