A highly entertaining game was played out in the RDS here today. It was very much a battle of speed against power, as Leinster looked to move the heavier Montpellier side around the field. Leinster went in with a 12-7 lead after tries from Carbery and van der Flier. Montpellier hit back with Nemani Nadolo's first try.
Henshaw and Daly went over in the second forty minutes to get Leinster the BP. Nadolo added his second try and Pienaar added a penalty to get Montpellier a losing BP.
