Hurricanes withstand Shark attack

The Hurricanes have been forced to work very hard for their 32-24 victory over the Sharks in their Super Rugby battle in the Capital tonight.

The Sharks showed their intent early, having plenty of attacking opportunities which the Hurricanes withstood until a mistake at the lineout allowed veteran Bismarck du Plessis to barge his way over to put first points on the board.

The Hurricanes were able to hit back quickly with Cory Jane finishing off a good team effort after an impressive build-up.
