Inside Rugby column: Martin Crowson's plan how England can win...

I have got a plan.
I think the 2015 World Cup will arrive 12 to 18 months too early for the host nation to win it.
So let's 'do a Qatar'.
The football World Cup has been put back six months because it will be 'too hot' when it is supposed to be held.
I don't know about you, but I think October is a pretty dull, windy and wet month in England.
So, let's propose that we put the Rugby World Cup back until August the following year – the new 2016 World Cup?It's not the 18 months we could do with, but at least it will give the England squad another 10 months to build.
And foreign visitor…
