Issak Fines-Leleiwasa unlikely to play again as Force name their side

Western Force coach Tim Sampson is optimistic scrumhalf Issak Fines-Leleiwasa can overcome a foot injury in time to play again this Super Rugby Pacific season. The Force have already lost flanker Kane Koteka to a season-ending foot injury, but Sampson is hopeful Fines-Leleiwasa hasn't suffered the same fate.

Sampson has made three changes to his side to face the Highlanders. Former All Black Jeremy Thrush will move up to the starting lock position to play alongside Wallaby Izack Rodda. The two international players will bring significant experience to the forward pack. Ryan McCauley moves to the reserves.

Having successfully completed his HIA protocols, Manasa Mataele will play in the 11 jersey with winger Byron Ralston at 14.
