Mitre 10 Cup HIGHLIGHTS: Auckland v Tasman

Auckland are now 4 wins in a row and maintain their unbeaten start to the season. A match of two very different halves though. The first half finished off with a 5 try blitz in the last 20 mins. The second half was a real tight affair. Tasman attacked and attacked but Auckland's defense was outstanding. Tasman didn't help themselves with countless penalties throughout the match. Auckland were very impressive in all aspects of the match and can be very happy to come away with 5 points. Both teams have tough assignments next week, however. Tasman are at home against a tough Taranaki team and will be hoping to get back to winning ways. Auckland have a really tough test, away against Canterbury. If they are to Premiership contenders, this is the game to test them.
