Ranger to miss rest of Super Rugby season
Blues center, Rene Ranger is set to miss the rest of the Super Rugby season due to a serious knee injury sustained during Blues' victory over Sharks on Saturday.
The club has said that the medical personnel confirmed Rene has ruptured his ACL and is to undergo surgery today.
Sam Harrison earns his 100th cap for Leicester Tigers
Harrison left the bench to play in his 100th game for the club and helped see them to a 30-24 victory over Northampton Saints. "It's a proud moment and a great game to do it in," commented the Tigers scrum-half.
"A derby day win away to Northampton was the perfect way to reach my first century of appearances for the Tigers."
Chris Ashton sets his eyes on returning to England
Saracens winger has his sight set at returning to England for the side's tour to Australia.
Ashton has scored three tries in three matches for Saracens and he is timing to being in full form as he plots his England comeback on the tour to Australia.
