Munster knock Ulster out of the URC race

Munster hold out against the Lions at Thomond Park and move up to 5th on the log knocking Ulster out of the running for the URC knock out places. Thomond Park saw the hosts hold on despite playimng with 13 players for 7 minutes after two yellow cards and stick it out in the second half keeping the Lions at bay.

The win finishes up the round robbin stages of the competition with Glasgow finishing top, followed by Leinster who finish in second and then the Stormers, Bulls, Munster, Cardiff, Lions and Connacht.
