Warriors hooker Niall Annett has committed his future to the club for another season by signing a new one-year contract.
The former Ireland Under-20 captain has made 70 first team appearances since he joined Warriors from Ulster five years ago and has been in sparkling form since he returned from a shoulder injury last month.
Annett has started every match since he returned from the injury and won particular praise for his courageous display against Gallagher Premiership leaders Exeter Chiefs which helped Warriors to claim two priceless bonus points.
Warriors Director of Rugby Alan Solomons commented:
“Niall is an outstanding team and club man who has made an invaluable contribution to the Warriors cause,” Solomons said.
“I am delighted that he is extending his stay with us and look forward to working with him next season.”
