NRC semi final: Canberra Vikings vs Perth Spirit

Both teams put in a huge effort during this clash but, its heart break for the visitors as the home side come away with the win. Going blow for blow in the 1st half both teams went in for the break seemingly spent. The 2nd half delivered on the premise of the 1st half as both teams just upped their game and played out of their skins , still trading blows and going score for score. The visitors put up a massive fight and dug right in until the end and Richie Arnold had a stand out performance scoring 3 tries for the Perth Spirit. The home side almost let it slip in the end but held on ferociously with Rob Valetini playing the game of the season for the Vikings with contributions from tries to game winning defense from the back rower. A spot in the Final for the Canberra Vikings secured.
