Pierre Mignoni chooses to leave his position as director of rugby at Toulon.

In the wake of the 28-0 defeat at Montpellier, Pierre Mignoni has decided to step down as Toulon's director of rugby. The Var club officially announced this on Tuesday morning in a press release. Franck Azéma, who arrived this summer to assist the former scrum-half, will therefore take over the reins of the team.
