Premiership Rugby can today confirm the matches in Rounds 18, 20, 21 and 22 of Gallagher Premiership Rugby. The matches in Round 19 are subject to clubs’ participation in the European Challenge Cup Final so will be announced at a later date.
As a mark of respect for HRH Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, Premiership Rugby can confirm that all Gallagher Premiership Rugby matches scheduled on Saturday 17 April, in Round 16, have been moved to avoid a clash with his funeral service. The new schedule will be announced at Noon today (Monday 12 April).
Round 18 (UK time)
Leicester Tigers go to Sale Sharks in Round 18 on Friday, May 7 and, after meeting Harlequins in Round 19, have three successive Saturday afternoon kick-offs to bring the regular season to a close.
Saints first face Gloucester on home soil at 2pm on Saturday 8 May, with Wasps also visiting Franklin’s Gardens a fortnight later in a 4.30pm kick-off on Saturday 29 May.
Round 18 sees the Falcons hosting London Irish on Saturday May 8 with a 3pm kick-off, with the exact slot for the round-19 visit of Northampton yet to be formally confirmed.
Round 19 TBC
In Round 20, Irish will travel to Kingsholm - the home of Gloucester Rugby - for a Friday night showdown on May 28th (7.45pm kick-off).
Round 20 sees Stuart Hooper’s side travel to Harlequins on Saturday 29 May (14:00 kick-off) before another away match at Gloucester coming on Saturday 5 June (14:00 kick-off).
