The Chiefs flew out of the blocks in the second half and try from Sam Simmonds after a long series of pick and go's gave Exeter more momentum. Bath responded with tries from Banahan and Grant to take the lead with 10 minutes remaining. Exeter didn't panic and earned themselves a penalty which Joe Simmonds duly slotted to win the game.
