Premiership Highlights: Saracens 44-23 Bristol Bears

The final scoreline does not reflect the pressure that Bristol Bears put Saracens under. Saracens were fastest out the blocks with Matt Gallagher racing in for the opening try in the 4th minute. Bristol fought back through a try from Alapati Leiua and two Callum Sheedy penalties to lead 7-13 after 30 minutes. Owen Farrell added two penalties of his own before Alapati Leiua scored his second in the corner to give Bristol a 13-18 lead at the break. Alex Lewington levelled the scores soon after the break before George Smith was given his marching orders in the 48th minute for a dangerous tackle. From there it was all Saracens with Billy Vunipola marking his return from injury with a try while Liam Williams scored a hattrick off the bench as well. Bristol got one try back through Nick Haining but the Champions were to strong to allow Bristol to come away with a losing bonus. Full Time: 44-23
