Quartet commit to Yorkshire Carnegie for next season

The talented quartet of Chris Wolfe-Elder, Pete Lucock, George Watkins and Andy Forsyth have all agreed new deals with Yorkshire Carnegie for next season’s Championship campaign.

Wolfe-Elder is the club’s leading try scorer this season with 15 tries in 19 appearances in all competitions.

Lucock made his debut for Carnegie back in 2011 and this season became only the sixth player ever in the club’s history to make 100 league appearances for the club.

Huddersfield-born Forsyth returned to the club back in 2015 from Leicester Tigers having originally been developed in the Carnegie Academy.

He is a virtual ever-present this season, missing just one game in the Greene King IPA Championship.

George Watkins joined Yorkshire Carnegie this year from Jersey Reds and has impressed in his first campaign.

Yorkshire Carnegie conclude their Greene King IPA Championship season this Saturday when they welcome London Scottish to Emerald Headingley Stadium.
