Harlequins have named their matchday 23 to take on Northampton Saints in Round 2 of the PREM Rugby Cup at The Stoop (Saturday 12 September, KO 16:45).
Will Evans captains Harlequins for the first time on Saturday in a side that includes James Lang at outside centre after re-signing with the Club for the 2026/27 season earlier this week.
Lang is partnered with the incoming Sean Kerr in the centres.
Elsewhere in the backline, Cameron Anderson comes in on the right wing, which sees Nick David shift to fullback and Theo Povey retains his spot on the left after a two-try display in last weekend's victory over Tigers.
Stu Townsend and Josh Bellamy form a new-look halfback partnership for the Cup contest.
In the pack, Sitiveni Vasuturaga will make his first start in the Quarters. The Army Rugby Union prop made his debut from the bench last weekend in Round 1 as Will Hobson continues in the loosehead side, and Jack Musk is named at hooker.
In the engine room, Jonny Green and Kieran Treadwell pack down at lock. Quins' back row is made up of skipper Evans at openside, Lucas Schmid at number 8 and short-term signing Jake Spurway on the blindside.
Jason Gilmore has opted for a five-three split amongst his impact players. Jack Walker, Jamie Miller and short-term prop signing Osman Dimen cover the front row, while Harry Browne and Leo Dickinson provide further cover to pack.
Scrum-half summer recruit Alfie Bowman and Academy product Sean Sharp are both in line to make their debuts at The Stoop, with Bryn Bradley completing the matchday 23.
