Rec expansion hearing meant to take place this week postponed

A hearing to rule on whether the Rec can be expanded which was due to take place this week has been postponed. Bath Recreation Ground Trust received a notice this morning (June 6) from the General Regulatory Chamber Tribunals Panel to say Wednesday's hearing at Bristol Magistrates' Court will not now take place. The notice to the trust said: "Unfortunately the hearing scheduled for June 8 in Bristol Magistrates' Court this week has been cancelled.
