Robbie Henshaw to miss start of 6 Nations

Robbie Henshaw is expected to miss the start of Ireland's Six Nations title defence against England following his hamstring injury he sustained in November.

Following further medical assessment, Leinster indicate the outside centre will sit out the next eight weeks, meaning he will likely not be fit in time for the opening Six Nations game at home on 2 February.

Johnny Sexton will be assessed after being withdrawn with calf problems during Leinster's narrow win over Bath in the Recreation Ground on Saturday.

Winger Barry Daly is returning to fitness after his knee injury though will remain unavailable for selection for the visit of Todd Blackadder's side.
