Ruan Ackerman agrees new Gloucester deal

Gloucester Rugby have today confirmed that flanker Ruan Ackermann has agreed a new deal with the club.

Ackermann joined the Cherry and Whites in August 2017 having been with the Lions in Super Rugby.

Rated as one of the top back row talents in South Africa, Ruan has represented South Africa 'A' in their two-match series with the French Barbarians having been called into the Springbok training camp during the 2017 Super Rugby season.
