SANZAR have confirmed they investigated a formal complaint against Waratahs' coach Michael Cheika.
It comes from the incident that Cheika approached referee Jaco Peyper at half time during the 'Tahs 23-11 win over the Blues in Sydney last month.
Chieka asked the referee for clarification, with his side trailing in the penalty count eight-one by the break, this turned around in the second half to favour the Waratahs nine-one.
