Saturday Synopsis
Ospreys secured a huge 27-26 victory in their Welsh derby against league leaders Scarlets at the Parc Y Scarlets. The sides were toe-to-toe for the majority of the fixture, with the scores tied at 20-20 at the interval, thanks to tries by John Barclay and Aled Davies for the hosts and Hanno Dirksen and Alun-Wyn Jones for the visitors. 
However, in the second half the Ospreys managed to break the deadlock, despite Aled Thomas' impressive kicking from the tee, thanks to a well worked try scored by Eli Walker on the counter-attack. Ospreys' winning streak in the Pro 12 has been extended to 5/5 after today's victory.

London Irish caused the biggest upset of the day, claiming their first victory of the season, against Northampton Saints, and moving up from the bottom spot. Irish opened the scoring through Luke Narraway and managed to hold onto their lead for the majority of the fixture, with the scores standing at 15-13 at half time. 
The Saints had successfully secured their comeback through the second half, leading 23-18, however London Irish stole the victory in the dying minutes thanks to a penalty try and a successful conversion by Shane Geraghty.

The Exeter Chiefs secured their place at the top of the Premiership through a 33-17 victory against the Sale Sharks. 
While the scores were tied at 10-10 at half time, the Chiefs managed to open the floodgates in the second half with their scoring frenzy, resulting in their impressive 33-17 victory. 
MOTM - Will Chudley.

The Leicester Tigers' winning streak has been extended to 7/7 in all competitions after their 22-10 victory against the Newcastle Falcons. Leicester struggled to break down Newcastle's defense in the first half, resulting in a half time score of 10-10.
Despite the strong defensive effort on display by the Falcons, fatigue eventually caught up with the visitors. in the second half Newcastle failed to score any points, while also conceding a further 12 to bring the final score to 22-10. 
MOTM - Freddie Burns.

Ulster have secured a much needed 10-3 victory against their Irish counterparts, Connacht. Both sides displayed impressive play both in attack and defense, with scoring held to a minimum. At half time all that separated the two sides was Paddy Jackson's attempt at goal. 
However, Ulster eventually managed to break through Connacht's defensive wall in the dying minutes of the fixture through Nick Williams. This victory puts Ulster just 3 points behind Connacht, at 3rd place in the Pro 12.
