France head coach Jacques Brunel and his staff have unveiled their 31-man squad to face Italy (Friday, February 23) for the third round of the Six Nations Tournament.
The squad sees the absence of several players who were in connection with a late-night brawl which occurred after France's defeat to Scotland on Sunday.
France issued a statement saying: "Jacques Brunel, the coach-manager of the France team decided to exclude from this list the players who came out after the defeat in Scotland. By this inappropriate behavior, they did not respect their status of international player and the resulting duties."
