Stan South to leave Harlequins at the end of the season

Harlequins have released a statement confirming that Stan South will leave the club at the end of the season to join Coventry Rugby on a two-year contract.

The second row joined Harlequins at the beginning of the 2014/15 season from Whitgift School, making his debut later that season against Gloucester Rugby and has since gone on to make 27 First Team appearances.

South represented England at U18 and U20 level and last season was nominated for the Anglo-Welsh Cup Breakthrough Player of the Year Award.

Harlequins Head of Rugby Paul Gustard said: “We want to thank Stan for everything he has given to the Club and wish him well for the next stage of his career.”
