Teams for ER Challenge Cup Finals announced

Harlequins made eight changes to the starting team that played Exeter Chiefs last week. George Lowe and Tim Visser return to the back line with Joe Marler, Joe Gray, Adam Jones, James Horwill and Sam Twomey making up the changed front five. The Harlequins squad will also wear black arm bands in memory of Seb Adeniran-Olule, a young club prop who passed away earlier this week.

World Rugby unveils new Women's World Cup logo

Ireland is set to host the Women's World Cup from 9-26 August 2017 at venues in Dublin and Belfast. World Rugby today unveiled a new logo at University College Dublin with An Taoiseach Enda Kenny TD (Prime Minister of Ireland) in attendance.

"Following the outstanding success of Women's Rugby World Cup 2014 in France, which engaged millions of fans and inspired so many girls around the world to get into rugby, the focus now turns towards 2017. "Ireland has been very supportive of the women's game and I have no doubt that Dublin and Belfast will host a fantastic tournament in August 2017,” said outgoing World Rugby Chairman Bernard Lapasset.

Over two million women and girls currently playing the game across the globe.


Highlanders' Marty Banks signs with Treviso

The fly-half is currently engaged in the Super Rugby tournament but will join his new Italian club in October just after the ITM Cup.


Triggs and Gibson-Park sign on the dotted line for Leinster

Scrum half Jamie Gibbson-Park has been signed from the Hurricanes and will join the side on 1 July.

Hayden Triggs has signed a contract extension that will keep him at the club for the 2016/2017 season.
