Warren Gatland names a few players almost guaranteed to feature on the 2021 Lions tour

British and Irish Lions head coach Warren Gatland has suggested that his squad to face South Africa in the 2021 Lions tour could be loaded full of England players.

Speaking to former England back Ugo Monye on the BBC's Rugby Union Weekly, Gatland listed Jamie George, Maro Itoje, Tom Curry, Anthony Watson and Manu Tuilagi as the five players that are definitely going to be picked.

Global Rapid Rugby set kick off in March


Global Rapid Rugby’s inaugural home-and-away season will feature six teams, 10 rounds, 31 games including a one-off Final and $AU 1 Million in prize money.

Paolo Odogwu handed a lengthy for flying kick

Wasps winger Paolo Odogwu has been handed a six-week ban for kicking an opponent in the head.

The 22-year-old was sent off by referee Tom Foley after catching Rohan Van Rensburg with a boot to the face when jumping to catch the ball in the 79th minute of his side’s 28-18 Gallagher Premiership defeat at Sale last Friday.

Toulon release update on Milner-Skudder

Toulon have released an update following the reports that Nehe Milner-Skudder might be in doubt in joining the club due to injury.

In a statement, the French club confirmed that the 28-year-old's three-year deal at the club has been signed and approved by the National Rugby League and that Milner-Skudder will join the club in December.
