Tigers release Hardwick issuing a three line statement

"Leicester Tigers can confirm Tom Hardwick is no longer a member of the club," read the statement.

"Hardwick has made 32 senior appearances for Tigers since his senior debut in 2017. 

"The 21-year-old departs with immediate effect and will play no further part in the 2020/21 season."

Hardwick scored 11 points on his Tigers senior debut in a narrow defeat for a young side at Bath in the Anglo-Welsh Cup during November 2017.

He gained his first senior rugby experience during 2017/18 and earned a call-up to the England Under-20s squad for the Under-20s Six Nations.

The No.10 also got included in England’s U20 Six Nations squad in 2019.
