Top 5 Performers of the Evening

Juan Pablo Socino - Newcastle Falcons

Socino ran rampant against the London Irish defence carrying with intent at every opportunity. The centre made a magnificent line straight through the middle of London Irish's defense to claim the first try, setting the tempo for the fixture. From the 2 clean breaks he made, a staggering 79 metres were gained. He was certainly a catalyst for Newcastle's win today.

Denny Solomona - Sale Sharks

The 24 year old winger was phenomenal from start to finish tonight in his sides demolition of Gloucester. He made three clean breaks for a total of 111 metres gained. He also scored two tries, the first of which a definite early contender for try of the season. He was also a rock in defence, recording an impressive tackle success rate of 100%.

Joey Carbery - Leinster Rugby

Carbery brought a spark to an otherwise dull and flat Leinster performance. The slick fullback was a real danger in attack weaving and stepping his way through a struggling Edinburgh defence. Carbery's attacking efforts were rewarded on the stroke of halftime when he managed to slip his way through two Edinburgh defenders to score Leinster's second try. Carbery also had a 100% tackle success rate which included a couple of impressive scramble tackles.

Chris Wyles - Saracens

The Saracens winger was absolutely sensational tonight in his side's comprehensive victory over Worcester. His combination of blistering pace and strong direct running caused the opposition defence serious problems throughout. He recorded a tackle success rate of 100% and his tremendous efforts were rewarded when he crossed the whitewash twice.

Steff Evans - Scarlets

Man of the match, Steff Evans, put in fantastic performance against Connacht managing to get on the scoreboard for 1 try and setting up 2 throughout the evening. The versatile winger really stepped up to the plate gaining 122 metres and beating 9 defenders. At only 23 years of age Evans is showing a lot of potential and really putting his hand up for Welsh international selection ahead of the November Internationals.
