Los Pumas ended their World Cup with a 47-17 hammering of the USA at the Kumagaya Stadium on Wednesday.
It has taken Argentina three matches to put in a performance that would show off their brand of rugby and here are our top performers of the game.

The centre was crowned today’s man of the match and rightly so after his inspiring performance. The 23-year-old, who scored two tries, made 165 metres with ball in hand, beat 10 defenders and made six clean breaks. The youngster wasn't done there though, he also managed two try assists and made 96% of his tackles today.
Bautista Del Guy (Argentina)
The 22-year-old is really a star for the future and put in some big numbers today, although he didn't get on the scoreboard. The winger made 114 metres with ball in hand, beat 11 defenders and then also had three clean breaks. Del Guy made all his tackles on the day and really showed that he is the future of Argentine rugby.
Nicolas Sanchez (Argentina)
Some will be asking why Sanchez has not played more in this world cup…. The No.10 scored 15 points today and 5 of those was a try that he scored in the first half. The 30-year-old was really pulling all the strings for the 59 minutes he was on the field and also registered a try assist.
Blaine Scully (USA)
The USA captain had something to smile about, although he was on the losing side yet again. Scully scored two tries today which makes him his countries leading try scorer at this year’s World Cup.
