Two changes for trip to Kingshom - starting team Harlequins

Harlequins have made two changes to the starting XV that will travel to Kingsholm to take on Gloucester Rugby on Saturday (03 October, KO 17:30 - live on TNT Sports).

Jason Gilmore has opted to make one change to both his forward pack and backline for tomorrow's contest against the Cherry and Whites, with Zach Carr coming in to start at number eight and summer signing George Furbank set to make his competitive Harlequins debut at fullback.

Quins have an unchanged front-five for the West Country trip with Will Hobson, Jack Walker and Pedro Delgado packing down in the front row. They'll be reinforced by James Dun and Harry Browne in the engine room.

Jack Kenningham and Will Evans continue their respective roles on the blind and openside. Zach Carr comes in for his first appearance of the season after enjoying breakout campaign in 2025/26.

Will Porter and Connor Slevin will continue to marshall the squad in the halfbacks, while Bryn Bradley and Oscar Beard start in the centres once more.

Murley skippers from the left wing with Cameron Anderson retaining his spot on the right. George Furbank makes his debut in the number 15 jersey.

Gilmore continues with his five-three split of impact players. Sam Riley and Boris Wenger continue with their impact roles, while Simon Kerrod returns from injury to provide tighthead cover.

Guido Petti Pagadizábal and Chandler Cunningham-South will provide explosive impact when introduced to proceedings at Kingsholm.

Fresh from signing a new contract, Lucas Friday has been named in the matchday squad. James Lang is also set for his second Gallagher PREM debut for the Harlequins after signing a year-long deal in September.

Tyrone Green completes the wider matchday squad that will take on Gloucester in Round 2 of the Gallagher PREM.
