Wallabies Depth at 13 to be Tested

The Wallabies no.13 jersey will be up for grabs during the Rugby Championship following injuries to Samu Kerevi and Tevita Kuridrani.

Brumbies centre Tevita Kuridrani was set to donne the jersey in the absences of Kerevi, who looked to have made the jersey his own in June, but has been ruled out for three months with a torn pectoral muscle.

Kuridrani suffered his injury in the 78th minute attempting to tackle NSW winger Taqele Naiyaravoro.

Kuridrani has 58 Wallabies caps, underwent surgery this week and is not expected back before the November Tests.

It is also a major headache for Wallabies coach Michael Cheika, who now must find a starting outside centre to replace Kerevi and Kuridrani.

Curtis Rona and Reece Hodge are two candidates for the jersey while Billy Meakes, Henry Speight and Tom English could also fill jersey.

Israel Folau could also move into the centres having played there for the Waratahs in the past.
