Wasps bring in Weepu and Thomas

Premiership side Wasps have bolstered their squad by signing World Cup-winning scrum-half Piri Weepu and full-back Martyn Thomas as injury cover for the rest of the season.
New Zealander Weepu, 31, who has signed to play in France for Oyonnax next season, has been released from his
one-year contract with London Welsh.
Thomas, 21, was formerly with
Newport Gwent Dragons and Gloucester.
He has crossed the city to join Wasps, having spent a month with Coventry.
