Michael Rhodes of Saracens is due to appear before an independent disciplinary panel.
Rhodes was cited by independent citing commissioner James Hall following the match Bath v Saracens on Friday 8 March 2019. Rhodes is said to have made contact with the head of Levi Douglas of Bath in a ruck contrary to Law 9.20(a) - dangerous play in a ruck or maul. The incident occurred in the first half of the match.
