Ulster's Nick Williams insists the departure of former head coach Mark Anscombe over the summer hasn't disrupted the side's preparations for the new campaign with the spirit in the squad as good as ever.
Anscombe's tenure at the Irish region came to an end at the end of the 2013/14 season, with Les Kiss taking on the interim director of rugby role at the Kingspan Stadium.
