England's David Wilson is among the best tight-head props in the world, according to Bath head coach Mike Ford.
The 29-year-old is set to make his 100th appearance for the Premiership club in
Friday's game with Saracens.
And speaking about the achievements of his first-choice number three, Ford told
BBC Radio Bristol:
"He's a world-class scrummager and is now England's number one.
"I'd put him in the top three tight-heads in the world.
"
South Shields-born Wilson started his career at Newcastle Falcons, making his debut against Bath in 2003.
